Eastbrook Lodge is a very individual and stylish property. It has 6 bedrooms two of which are en-suite. It is fully double-glazed, with central heating for the winter months. The lounge is large and lets in lots of sunlight, which makes the room and surrounding area very homely. The garden is secluded and peaceful. The house is located within easy walking distance to town and the sea front.

The house is located in a popular location within walking distance of Teignmouth town centre, the railway station and the beach. Come through the wrought iron gate beneath an archway cut out of a neatly cropped high laurel hedge above a low stone wall and a few steps lead up into the beautifully manicured and secluded garden of this very individual property with its neat lawns and ornamental shrubs. The house is immaculately presented.
